Eeeza Foldable Solid Wood Frame Pilates Reformer

Happy with this, but it is rock hard to lay on. I will be laying down a towel.

Another gripe is the foot bar. You have to manually adjust it with a hex screw each time you want to move it.

Stand in the middle to open it (so you are facing both sides). If you do it facing one side the other side will take off. It's a hazard you should be warned about.

The instructions are in black and white and are hard to read, so here goes:

The foot pedal is the foot bar.
Turn the reformer on it's side to attach the shoulder rests. It's so much easier.
The rope goes through the pulley and then down by the shoulder rests (this grip piece attached is great!). You may have quite a bit of rope left over.
There are 2 knobs that are not on the instructions. These are stoppers for the mat. There are holes for them each side by the springs.

Hope that makes sense and helps.

All these things aside, it's great value for money! I may buy some grip for the end of it though, so I can stand without slipping.

Good and solid, the springs seem to be lighter than the commercial reformer beds. A bit shorter in the length but overall I'm happy with it.
